This is an unusual species that is not normally found in California, and has not been seen for years.

It was swimming by folding itself back and forth.  I've never seen this before.  Please excuse the camera movement, I don't normally do video and was unprepared for this.

Many cleaner shrimp climbing on and around the eel, eating the dead skin and parasites on the eel,
